European Sales Director

As a Commercial Lead for European Markets at Seafood Brands, you will play a key role in expanding our sales team to target international markets. Your primary focus will be on salmon and trout products, with the opportunity to travel internationally and engage in a dynamic job within the seafood industry.

Your responsibilities will include direct sales to existing and new customers across Europe, preparing documentation for sales/purchase orders, building and maintaining customer relationships, continuous market analysis and development for seafood in European markets, conducting customer visits, attending trade shows, and participating in market activities.

You will also be responsible for forecasting and planning, identifying risks and financial implications of activities, and regularly assessing sales performance in terms of profitability for the company.

A strong work ethic and the ability to make quick decisions are essential in this fast-paced environment. Industry knowledge and experience in international seafood sales are highly advantageous, although a relevant bachelor's degree is desirable, though experience can compensate for formal education. Familiarity with Maritech software is a significant advantage.
