About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and compliance of our mainframe systems. You will oversee security operations, work closely with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance mainframe security and mitigate risks.

No two days are the same—you'll be managing system data, responding to security incidents, and providing proactive solutions to strengthen security compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create and enforce robust security policies, procedures, and best practices for mainframe environments.
  2. Compliance and Auditing: Oversee compliance, auditing, and security health checks, delivering reports on behalf of the customer.
  3. Certificate Management: Manage certificate renewals and implementations in mainframe environments.
  4. Incident Response: Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of mainframe operations.
  6. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in mainframe security administration.
  • Expertise in ACF2 administration (user management, access control, security policies).
  • Strong knowledge of mainframe security principles and z/OS systems.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in mainframe environments.
  • Fluent in English (must-have).
