Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Harmonization Specialist to lead the harmonization of ISO certifications across multiple international locations, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and harmonize governing documents to ensure consistency across locations
  • Manage the preparation for a single ISO 9001/14001/45001 certification to streamline processes
  • Oversee schedules, KPIs, and reporting on progress to drive results-oriented decision making
  • Coordinate with third-party certification bodies and internal auditors to maintain high standards
  • Organize workshops to drive process improvements and simplification, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting with a focus on process optimization
  • Expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 with a proven track record of implementing these standards
  • Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment with excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)

This role requires occasional travel and offers the chance to work with a highly skilled global team.
