We are looking for a highly skilled Wireline Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in well site operations and customer coordination.
The role involves executing wireline services for clients in Norway, supervising training of junior staff, and working onshore to prepare and plan operations. You will also advise on wireline operations and perform quality control of logs and other well site analysis.

- Supervising training of junior staff

- Advising on wireline operations
- Performing quality control of logs and other well site analysis
- Maintaining job records and completing necessary paperwork
- Engineering or Applied Science degree (BSc or equivalent)
- Experience as a Wireline Field Engineer
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook
- Experience using ECLIPS, Warrior, Cerberus Tension Modelling system
- Experience in OH wireline services and Norwegian Continental Shelf
- Ability to work in high-paced offshore environments
- Demonstrated thoroughness and attention to detail
- Resilient and driven attitude towards challenges
- Excellent problem-solving skills and reporting findings to manager and customer
- Fluent English language skills (Norwegian language is a plus)
