Construction Preservation Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Preservation Superintendent to join our team at SBM Offshore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preservation scope of work, ensuring compliance with project HSSE, Quality, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preservation team to ensure the preservation scope of work is completed in compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and implement preservation procedures to ensure the preservation of equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with the quality verification team to ensure the preservation scope of work meets quality standards.
- Monitor and report on preservation progress to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all preservation activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Engineering discipline degree or diploma from a reputable university or engineering college.
- At least 15 years of experience in construction preservation, preferably in a project environment.
- Strong knowledge of preservation procedures and protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
