At Operation Smile Norway, we're looking for a talented Fundraising Professional to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you'll play a vital role in securing funding and building partnerships that drive our mission forward.

About the Role:

The Fundraising Professional will be responsible for supporting corporate donor outreach, sponsorship proposals, and grant applications. You'll also research funding opportunities, maintain a pipeline of prospective donors, and track partnership outreach and fundraising progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising & Grant Writing: Support corporate donor outreach, sponsorship proposals, and grant applications.
  • Research & Outreach: Research funding opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospective donors.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Track partnership outreach and fundraising progress.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of nonprofit experience (preferably in fundraising).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in Norwegian & English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in sales, business development, events, and grant writing is a plus.
