We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Payroll Advisor. This mid-senior level position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes and act as the key contact between locations and ADP.
- Coordinate payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate processing of changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises).
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, international policies, and support payroll tax audits.
- Collaborate with HR, accounting, and auditors, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
- Oversee global benefits administration, including insurance and pensions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of payroll experience in Norway; global payroll experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, multi-location payroll, taxes, NAV refunds, sick leave, and travel expenses.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, HR, or related field; CPM certification is a bonus.
- Proficiency in payroll software/HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday) and strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven professional, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
