Tietoevry is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and translating customer business needs into user stories and functional specifications.

You will collaborate closely with developers and take on the role of delivery manager towards the customers. You will also be responsible for maintenance of the customer solutions, including structured follow-up of incidents, rollouts, and monitoring.

In this role, you will assist in sales processes, including estimation and design of offers. You will also design and carry out training for the customer's users, super users, and system owners.

We are looking for a candidate who has higher education, preferably in technology (minimum Bachelor). You should have minimum 3-5 years' experience of configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
