As a Card Dispute Resolution Specialist at Tietoevry Banking, you will play a crucial role in handling disputes for Nordic and international banks.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage case resolution, engage in customer dialogue, and follow up on dispute cases. You will also have personal accountability for several banks and collaborate closely with product managers and system managers in this area.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Fluency in English and Swedish is essential, with German and Finnish being considered advantageous. Experience in case management and the card industry/banking sector is highly desirable.
In this role, you will work closely with our customers to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively. Your ability to work in a structured manner, think critically, and provide exceptional customer service will be vital in ensuring the success of this position.
