Noen av dine hovedoppgaver som Bar Manager hos oss vil være:

• Å jobbe med barbestillingene, organisere og overvåke skift/sikre vaktplan og å være til stede på gulvet
• Å vurdere nye produkter og menyer, holde personalet oppdatert om produkter/menyer og administrere produktbestillinger, opprettholde varelager og foreta varetelling ift. reglement
• Å jobbe sammen med vaktselskap og behandle potensielle tvister ved enhver tid

We seek a professional with relevant experience and/or education in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations of the bar, including introducing, training and guiding new staff members.

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, has good communication skills in Norwegian and English, and can lead by example. You should also have organizational skills and be able to manage shifts/schedules, as well as maintain a clean and organized work environment.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to conduct regular quality control checks on products, update staff on product menus and administer product orders and inventory management.
