We are looking for a Resource Planning Manager to join our team in Stavanger.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating resources across external and internal teams.
- Hiring of resources through our agency network, primarily in the blue-collar sector.
- Mobilize and demobilize project resources according to internal procedures and project plans, ensuring a balance between quality, time, and cost.
- Provide expert advice to management and project teams on contractor selection and resource planning.
- Collaborate closely with personnel suppliers to address resource demands.
- Ensure that project resources meet the necessary competence requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Relevant experience may offset the need for formal education.
- 2-4 years' relevant experience working in project-driven environments.
- Familiarity with relevant systems for resource management and workforce scheduling.
- Strong understanding of applicable labor agreements, laws, and working time regulations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent independent working skills.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Proficient in IT, with experience using relevant systems and software (Microsoft Office 365, OCS, IFS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
