Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager, Nordic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Minnovation International AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sustaining accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets in the Nordic region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow sustaining accounts for SAA in the Nordic region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to close the entire sales cycle, including leads, RFx, technical proposals, pricing, forecasting, and ordering.
  • Develop new customer opportunities for SAA within the Nordics to maximize sales growth and profit potential.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and effective communication.
  • Execute sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and grow the new business opportunity pipeline.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as R&D, Customer Service, Operations, and Quality, to secure business opportunities.
  • Assist in launching new products and services, and promoting plans.
  • Effectively communicate market requirements for new technologies and products to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in RF/Antenna or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven track record in business development, sales, or related areas.
  • Experience in sales or product management within industrial or electronics markets is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop marketing and sales strategies.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English, with additional language skills considered a merit.
  • Eligible to work in Europe without sponsorship.
  • Position requires regular travel.
