Exercise Physiologist

The Exercise Scientist role at Kieser Australia involves educating and supervising clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients.

• Conduct 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients.
• Apply scientific concepts and evidence-based practices to support clients.
• Provide advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
• Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients.
• Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients.
• Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury.
• Complete administrative duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or a related field.
• A valid working rights in Australia.
• First Aid & CPR Certification.
• Working with Children Check.
• National Police Check.

Previous experience in a private practice environment would be beneficial, as well as experience with long-term management of client outcomes in a strength training environment.
