As Global HR Systems Leader, you will lead a team responsible for continuously improving our HR systems and delivering robust processes that bring TGS' HR strategy to life—locally and globally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic partnerships with internal clients across all business units and deliver value-added services.

  • Lead a global team to improve HR systems, ensure compliance, and implement consistent HR processes.

  • Oversee global compensation and benefits programs, from benchmarking and analysis to cost modeling and implementation.

  • Manage global payroll functions with a focus on consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain and enhance systems supporting global HR processes and ensure seamless integration with HRIS.

  • Develop a high-performing, diverse global team of professionals, closely aligned with People & Culture.

  • Ensure HR systems support effective, scalable People & Culture operations worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in HR or client-facing business roles with expertise in compensation, benefits, retention, leadership development, culture transformation, and change management.

  • Proven experience managing international teams.
