Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will develop the HR function in Norway and work closely with the company to create a good framework for all employee activities. This role supports day-to-day tasks in operations, administration, and strategy on a company level.

Responsibilities:

Key Areas:

  • Create and update HR frameworks, templates, policies, and strategies to ensure efficient functioning of HR business processes.
  • Support line managers in HR matters, including development, termination, rehabilitation, and other employee-related issues.
  • Drive talent management processes to attract, develop, and retain the right talent.
  • Coordinate payroll and pension administration, branding, and recruitment activities.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as union work, recruiters, payroll, and candidate relationships.
  • Develop and administer training plans, salary reviews, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Contribute to planning company events and report HR-related matters to relevant authorities.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, promoting customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Master's or Bachelor's) or similar qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist role.
  • Knowledge of union work, collective agreements, and labor law.
  • Experience in recruitment and fluency in written and oral English and Norwegian.
