Housekeeping Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and visual impressions onboard, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns the guest experience related to cleanliness and visual impressions
• Ensures seamless execution of premium service that is both exceptional and memorable
• Takes full ownership and accountability for maintenance and cleanliness
• Manages performance expectations through open and frequent communication

Requirements:

1. Two to three years progressive Housekeeping managerial experience
2. PREFERRED bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
3. Extensive knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety-related procedures
4. Knowledgeable about talent assessment techniques, quality service standards, and guest satisfaction
