EMBARKING ON YOUR JOURNEY
As a Senior Tender Controller, you will be instrumental in managing the financial dimensions of our tenders. Your duties will encompass developing cost and profit and loss statements, analyzing cost inputs, and optimizing cash flows. Your contributions will directly enhance the competitiveness and financial integrity of our tenders, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. You will work closely with various departments, playing a vital role in the tendering process from conception to submission.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SUCCESS
You will be pivotal in constructing and evaluating the cost and P&L of tenders, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and procedures. Your analytical abilities will be crucial in assessing cost inputs from different departments, benchmarking, and challenging them to guarantee the most competitive tendering solutions. Your proactive involvement during the tendering phases will shape our negotiation strategies and clarifications, delivering comprehensive and optimized cost estimates. Through cost simulations, you will evaluate execution alternatives and their financial implications, supporting strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Procurement and Finance teams to manage and mitigate various cost risks.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 5 years of technical or financial education, providing a solid foundation for understanding tender complexities. Proven experience in project controlling, cost estimation, or commercial analytics. Proficiency in English and a strong command of MS Excel, ERP, and cost estimation tools. An analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit, essential for effective teamwork.
