**Job Description: Anleggsleder**

In this role as Anleggsleder in HENT, you will be a key resource in the project and contribute to the execution of the project. You may also represent the Project Manager in project processes and meetings, both internally and externally.

Your main task will be to assist the Project Manager in ensuring that the project's goals related to cost, time, and quality are met.

You will actively contribute to all phases of the project, from early stage, design, execution, and handover. You will also contribute to efficient resource utilization and collaborate closely with external contractors and the internal project team to achieve the best possible result.

Other responsibilities:

• To participate in project planning meetings and follow up on milestones in the planning phase
• To contribute to establishing good HMS routines early in the projects
• Responsibility for following up on economy, progress, HMS, environment, and quality in the project or parts of a project under your responsibility
• Responsibility for planning and allocation of resources in the project and coordination of subcontractors
• To contribute to reporting and forecasting of internal and external resources
• Specific responsibilities will be tailored to each project

Qualifications:

You are a civil engineer or building engineer with experience as an anleggsleder from the construction industry. Long experience can compensate for lack of formal education.

Personal qualities:

You are independent, work well with others, and thrive in busy and varied daily activities. Changes can occur quickly, so it is essential that you are adaptable and have good leadership skills.
