Daily Life as a Sales Associate:

  1. You will be the first point of contact for clients, embodying the Hermès image and values.
  2. You will develop strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and exceeding their expectations.
  3. You will be responsible for selling across all product universes, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  4. You will identify and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. You will call on current and potential customers to establish and maintain relationships and inform them about new products and services.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
  2. A natural passion for people and service.
  3. The ability to adapt to different cultures and demonstrate empathy.
  4. A team player attitude, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  5. Fluency in Norwegian, Chinese, and English.
