Je vertaalt vacatures naar krachtige en overtuigende teksten die kandidaten niet alleen informeren, maar ook inspireren. Met jouw aanpak weet je hoe je de juiste mensen bereikt en overtuigt om voor ons te kiezen. Daarbij maak je slim gebruik van AI en data om je wervingsproces te optimaliseren.

Vereisten
  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je schakelt snel en behoudt overzicht, zelfs in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke overtuigingskracht en een positieve mindset.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijk talent voor onderhandelen en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren.

In deze functie krijg je alle ruimte om zelfstandig te opereren en jouw eigen aanpak vorm te geven. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor hiring managers en werkt nauw samen met het marketingteam om een sterk employer brand neer te zetten.
