We are looking for a skilled Business Technology Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business growth.

You will lead the development and execution of account plans, build strong relationships with customers, and identify new opportunities to grow the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Synthesize business insights and orchestrate global teams to deliver alternative solutions while applying deep expertise and thought leadership.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to provide account Thought Leadership, leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft's solutions, industry, and customer needs.
  3. Lead technology strategy formulation by aligning customer needs and technology solutions, executing technology strategy/digital transformation, and creating mid- to long-term technical roadmaps.
  4. Develop and drive opportunities, present opportunities to the customer, and create demand.
  5. Lead digital transformation using corporate and cross-industry resources and partner with line-of-business leaders or senior executives to articulate the benefits of Microsoft technology over competitor solutions.
  6. Map technical customer requirements and business scenarios to Microsoft technology platforms, orchestrate necessary teams and partners to ensure demand generation, and establish best practices for account planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, and several years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related fields.
  • Experience in orchestrating virtual teams, presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences, and working with enterprise customers.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
