About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead one of our high-impact C2B teams. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for architecting, orchestrating, and nurturing the growth of our dynamic C2B sales force. This is an opportunity to shape and propel our team towards success and lead the way in redefining excellence in C2B sales.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Demonstrate active and effective sales leadership, defining benchmarks for excellence in your team.
- Budget and Target Management: Embrace the challenge of managing budgets and sales targets with a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
- Customer Trend Analysis: Analyze customer trends and behaviors and build strategies to drive improvements across KPIs to the dealership team.
- Culture and Teamwork: Cultivate a culture of teamwork within the sales management group to collaboratively pioneer and orchestrate innovative sales activities through joint planning, coordinated execution, and collective initiation.
- Talent Acquisition: Strategically recruit new advisors whenever the need arises, with a focus on identifying top talent to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with other teams in the company to optimize Nettbil's product.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, and/or as a Key Account Manager.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with an emphasis on business development and building teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
- A deep understanding of how to improve customer relationships and build trust.
- A demonstrated ability to handle change and be a team player.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent in Norwegian.
As the Sales Manager C2B, you will be a part of the sales management team and report to the CSO (Chief Sales Officer) of Nettbil. Working location is our brand new office at Økern Portal, situated right by the subway station at Økern in Oslo.
