We are seeking a skilled Senior Concept Engineer to drive vessel innovation at Kongsberg Maritime. As a key member of the Concepts & Advisory team, you will develop vessel concepts with documented feasibility and client benefits.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing vessel concept opportunities, leveraging domain expertise to enhance operations through KM solutions, and collaborating with product divisions to develop business cases and strategies.

Requirements include a degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Cybernetics, or related field, strong understanding of ships and vessel systems, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
