Bar Attendant

• We need experienced bartenders with excellent knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and beverages, along with great customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
• You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, profitability and a positive work environment.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B required.
2. Passion for beverage creation and a creative flair.
3. Development & creation of seasonal drink lists with our bar manager.
4. Genuine interest and knowledge of wine and beer.
5. Significant experience working in a high-volume bar with high standards.
6. Strong people management skills, setting clear objectives and motivating colleagues.
7. Maintaining set targets by the company.
8. Eligible to work in Norway.
9. Good command of written and spoken English.
10. Mature, patient and confident communication style.
11. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make each guest feel special.
12. Maintain high teamwork levels, showing co-operation and support to colleagues.
13. Taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues.
