Vi i CAG Ateles er spesialister på e-handel og digital transformasjon. Som en del av et nordisk konsern leverer vi komplette løsninger basert på plattformer som Adobe Commerce/Magento og Pimcore. Vi hjelper merkevarer med å skape sømløse digitale kundereiser og har kunder som GANT, Würth, Melbye og Boots Apotek. Nå søker vi en
Country Manager
som vil ta styringen og løfte vår norske virksomhet til nye høyder.

Som Country Manager får du det overordnede ansvaret for å drive, utvikle og skape vekst for CAG Ateles på det norske markedet. Du blir nøkkelpersonen som setter retning, sikrer lønnsomhet og skaper resultater – i tett samarbeid med kolleger i både Norge og Sverige. Rollen kombinerer strategisk ledelse med operativ gjennomføring – perfekt for deg som trives med å tenke stort og handle raskt.

Oppgaver og ansvar

  • Du utvikler og implementerer strategien for å styrke vår posisjon og skape vekst i det norske markedet.
  • Du har fullt P&L-ansvar og sørger for at virksomheten leverer lønnsom drift og solide resultater.
  • Du er både kommersiell og operativ – fra å ta strategiske beslutninger til å være hands-on i oppfølging av prosjekter og kunder.
  • Du leder og utvikler et kompetent team av konsulenter og prosjektledere, og bygger en kultur preget av samarbeid og faglig stolthet.
  • Du etablerer og vedlikeholder sterke relasjoner med kunder, partnere og interne stakeholders, og fungerer som vårt ansikt utad i Norge.
  • Du identifiserer nye forretningsmuligheter og driver salgsprosesser som sikrer vekst og langsiktig partnerskap.

Vi ser etter deg som har

  • Bakgrunn fra konsulentvirksomhet, gjerne innen IT, digitalisering eller e-handel.
  • Solid erfaring med forretningsutvikling og P&L-ansvar.
  • Forståelse for plattformer som Adobe Commerce/Magento, Pimcore eller tilsvarende.
  • Sterke kommersielle ferdigheter og evne til å bygge langsiktige relasjoner.
  • Flytende norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
