We mainly invest in Nordic B2B companies that have already identified their product-market fit and partner with them in their next Go-to-Market journey with both financial and operational support.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Advisor located in Oslo. The GTM Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to B2B scale-ups as they navigate their Go-to-Market stage. Day-to-day tasks will include developing go-to-market strategies, conducting market analysis, crafting sales and marketing plans, and providing operational support. The GTM Advisor will work closely with founding teams to ensure successful market entry and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing Go-to-Market strategies and conducting market analysis
- Strong skills in sales and marketing planning
- Operational support and project management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with founders and founding teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the B2B sector, particularly with scale-ups, is a plus
