About the role

We're looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our product engineering team in Oslo, Amsterdam or Barcelona. If you're passionate about blending design with technology, solve complex challenges and innovating with new tools and platforms- you'll fit right in at B&B

We're not confined by a specific tech stack or language- you're free to choose the best tools for the job. We work with a wide range of technologies tailored to fit our clients' unique needs and requirements. Our team is a mix of technical architects, designers, and innovators, all focused on rethinking how technology can enhance everyday experiences.

What you'll do

• Architect scalable, accessible and performant applications from the ground up
• Be involved early on a project, helping shape the product and spotting opportunities
• Collaborate closely with design, research and other engineering teams to move ideas from concept to reality
• Work closely with ambitious clients pushing the limits of their fields - from early-stage startups to industry leaders

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Skilled in modern front-end frameworks such as , Astro, Vite
• Experience working with , Python, or other back-end languages and frameworks
• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Experience architecting and implementing complex business logic
• Experience implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) providers like payment providers or headless CMSes
• A passion for experimenting with new technologies, tools and creative techniques
• Thrive in cross-disciplinary collaboration (design, brand, backend) to craft engaging user experiences
• Comfortable working directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative solutions
• Strong self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while balancing creativity with deadlines
• Familiarity with design systems

Nice to have, but not a must:

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience with front-end animations, using tools like Motion or GSAP
• Experience with mobile development (e.g. React Native)
• Relevant university degree (e.g. Computer Science)
