Job Title: Senior Test Engineer

Location: Baerum, Norway

Employment Type: FTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding in the building and integration of electronic prototypes, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Perform precise modifications and rework on printed circuit board assemblies.
  • Design and assemble custom cable harnesses for prototypes and test setups.
  • Assemble electronic systems including enclosures, connectors, and mechanical interfaces.
  • Develop and execute long-term and stress test plans.
  • Set up and monitor environmental and electrical stress tests.
  • Maintain test documentation and logs.
  • Conduct functional and performance verification of prototype boards and samples.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to validate new designs.
  • Configure and operate electronic loads for power testing and endurance evaluations.
  • Test and verify BLDC motor drive systems under various load and control conditions.
  • Work with STM32 microcontrollers and related firmware to validate embedded functionality.
  • Identify and resolve issues in electronic assemblies and test setups
  • Provide feedback to design and production teams to improve product reliability and manufacturability.
