Hyundai is looking for a new colleague for the position of Logistics Coordinator in the Department of Sales and Logistics. You will be working in a logistics team of three. As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for all logistic processes from the factory to dealers, as well as ensuring a good quality of flow of our goods and stock management.

To succeed in this role, you need to strive for structure, efficiency and continuous improvement, as well as being proactive. Communication is key and you must be comfortable in talking to dealers and presenting logistics issues internal and external.

The position reports to the Business Planning and Logistics Manager

We want you to:

  • Coordinate logistics processes and order to delivery management
  • Be a main point of contact for Hyundais transport and logistics partners
  • Participate in purchasing and inventory management
  • Communicate with dealers in relation to availability and delivery dates of new car orders
  • Participate in regularly reporting meetings and present logistics issues and agenda both internal and external
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks when necessary

About you:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or logistics
  • You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian – written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience using logistics or ERP software (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong ability to work effectively as part of team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism, customer focus, and a commitment to providing high quality service
  • Ability to prioritize and structure daily tasks effectively to meet operational requirements in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Proactive problem solving
