Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oslo for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Finance Consultant. Responsibilities include evaluating and optimizing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring the ERP platform aligns with financial and operational goals. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze requirements, develop tailored ERP solutions, and manage the project lifecycle for successful implementation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Business Process development and optimization
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
  • Proven experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Infor LN is mandatory
  • Finance knowledge, including financial workflows and systems alignment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in an on-site, customer-facing capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • ERP certification and prior experience in consulting roles are a plus
