Om rollen

Som People & Culture Generalist i NorSea får du en variert rolle der du bidrar til både drift og utvikling av HR-arbeidet. Du blir en del av et engasjert team som jobber tett med ledere og ansatte for å skape trivsel, engasjement og gode resultater.

Dine arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet være:

  • Koordinere interne og eksterne kurs, opplæringsprogrammer og sertifiseringsløp
  • Støtte aktiviteter innen kultur – i tråd med våre HERO-verdier
  • Bidra med HR-støtte til ledere
  • Administrere HR-systemer og bidra til god datakvalitet og rapportering
  • Koordinere medarbeiderundersøkelser og utviklingssamtaler
  • Bistå i rekrutteringsprosesser – stillingsutforming, annonsering, screening og intervjuer
  • Delta i prosjekter innen ledelsesutvikling, arbeidsmiljø og endring
  • Bidra i arbeid med employer branding og intern kommunikasjon
