Summary
We are looking to hire a qualified candidate to handle operational and administrative roles for our Lagos state Bus Terminal.

Responsibilities
Manage daily business administration and bus terminal operations

Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

Maintain and update company databases

Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails etc.)

Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Requirements
HND/BSC in Business Administration or related field

3 - 5 years of work experience as an Administrator or similar role

Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Remuneration

N120,000 Monthly.
