Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant – Norway (Hybrid

We are supporting a
leading Microsoft Gold Partner
in the Nordics who are expanding their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice due to multiple new project wins. They are looking for experienced
Senior Functional Consultants or Functional Architects
to join their high-performing delivery team.

You will play a major role in delivering enterprise-level CRM programmes across Norway and wider Europe, working alongside some of the most respected leaders and architects in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional design across
    D365 CE Sales, Customer Service and related processes
  • Run requirement workshops with customer stakeholders across multiple industries
  • Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and solution roadmaps
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse (entities, forms, views, business rules, security, model-driven apps)
  • Support pre-sales activities such as solution shaping, demos, and estimating
  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting
  • Drive UAT, training, adoption, and end-user enablement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant or Architect
  • Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Case Management, Customer Insights or Field Service (nice to have)
  • Ability to lead workshops, challenge requirements, and shape end-to-end CRM processes
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, solution configuration, and CRM best practices
  • Experience working within a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment
  • Norwegian-speaking preferred; English required
