We are now looking for a Growth Specialist who will play a central role in driving the company's growth across markets. The role combines analytical work, business development, and operational execution. You will work closely with management and get a unique opportunity to shape how we scale the company internationally.

The Role 

As a Growth Specialist, you will: 

  • Map and analyze new market opportunities across Europe and translate insights into concrete growth initiatives. 
  • Design, test, and implement unconventional "growth hacks" and innovative distribution strategies. 
  • Identify partnership opportunities that can contribute to faster scaling. 
  • Work closely with the CEO to prioritize and execute the initiatives that generate the strongest international growth. 
  • Represent Noteless in meetings, partnerships, and market activities, including travel to different countries in Europe. 
Who We're Looking For 
  • You have 2–3 years of experience after your studies, preferably from consulting, business development, strategy, or a scale-up/startup. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems. 
  • Commercial acumen and a practical understanding of what drives growth. 
  • High energy and strong execution skills – you thrive on building, testing, and learning along the way. 
  • The ability to combine strategic insight with operational execution. Strong communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
