Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Bilingual Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with a deep understanding of marketing principles and a passion for storytelling. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
  • Develop bilingual marketing communication strategies that effectively convey clients' stories and messages across various channels.
  • Create engaging bilingual content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Translate content from English to French (and vice versa) while maintaining brand voice and tone.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, copywriting, or content creation (agency experience is a bonus).
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Passion for storytelling and a genuine interest in purpose-driven brands
