Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, either remotely (CET-/+2) or from one of our offices. The role is a 12- month temporary position, with the possibility of permanent extension.

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work across all stages of the product journey - from exploration to launch - translating complex ideas into clear, intuitive experiences.

You bring structure to ambiguity and adapt easily to new challenges. Working closely with other disciplines, you bring a high level of craft and direction to the work, connecting design decisions to the broader product vision.

What you'll do

• Bring excellent craft and strategic thinking to end-to-end product design work - from research and discovery, through prototyping, UI + system design, launch and iteration
• Translate complex technologies, audience insights and stakeholder ambitions into elegant, digital experiences - combining strong design craft with a clear sense of purpose
• Bring structure and focus to ambiguous challenges - defining problems, shaping approaches and creating clarity
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Engineering and PM teams to move ideas from concept to reality
• Work closely with ambitious clients pushing the limits of their fields - from early-stage startups to industry leaders

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows depth of craft and experience delivering high-quality, complex products
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity - asking the right questions, reframing challenges and creating clarity for the team
• Brings a high standard of design execution across visual, interaction and system design
• Connects design decisions to strategy - balancing user needs, business goals and technical possibilities
• Communicates clearly and proactively, aligning teams and clients around a shared direction
• Enjoys working across disciplines and brings a collaborative mindset to shared challenges
• Confident facilitating discussions, workshops and presentations with clients and peers
• Genuine curiosity for new tools, emerging technologies and the evolving contexts in which they exist
