Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a multi-disciplinary engineer to join our production technology team. In this role,you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Python-based production test framework, as well as supporting and enhancing our web-based production support system.

This system acts as a bridge between CAD tools, PLM, ERP, and production, enabling efficient workflows for serial numbering, labeling, testing, test logging, packaging, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve our Python-based production test framework, including integration with label printing and barcode scanning hardware.

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications (frontend, backend, and APIs) that support production operations.

• Ensure seamless data exchange and workflow integration between CAD tools, PLM, ERP, and production systems.

• Support production processes such as serial numbering, labeling, testing, test logging, packaging, and shipping through software solutions.

• Work with basic electronics, including schematic drawing, PCB layout, component selection, and sourcing.

• Assist with production testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and reliability of solutions on both Windows and Linux environments.


• Document technical solutions, workflows, and processes for internal teams

Requirements/Qualifications:

​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Solid understanding of databases and web application development (frontend,
backend, API).

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.

• Experience with label printing and barcode scanning integration.

• Familiarity with basic electronics: schematic drawing, PCB layout, component
selection, and sourcing.

• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems.

• Hands-on experience with production testing of electronic products.

• Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
