The company recently raised its Series-A round and is now preparing to move into productization, where collaboration with other players in the semiconductor supply industry is a key success factor.
We're looking for a VP Commercial to architect and execute the business strategy that will bring our tool to market. You'll drive the strategic partnerships that shape our product, win partnerships across the semiconductor design and fabrication space, and secure the commercial and technical ecosystem required to launch. This included:Identifying and handling partnerships with fabrication partners for our pilot tools as well as partners in the supply chain including: mask production, resist production with appropriate wafer priming, pattern transfer (etch) and metrology.
Work closely with partners to adapt established technologies to our needs and create win-win situations to build buy-in from our partners.
Sign an EDA / chip design partner to shape product-market fit by exploiting the full capabilities of our tool in the chip design rules.
Build a scalable customer & partner feedback loop into our product development
Deliver a full go-to-market strategy: from customer profile to early access roll-out
Deliver a complete, cross-functional commercial plan: with direct impact on product, tech, and company direction
Establish and develop Lace Lithography's commercial function and strategic business development capabilities.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven ability to structure and close multi-million euro collaboration deals with Tier 1 chipmakers, foundries, or tooling partners
Deep technical understanding of the semiconductor value chain
Prior experience engaging with 300mm foundries, fabless design houses, or equipment suppliers
Comfort navigating highly technical conversations, especially around process technology, EDA, or materials science, and translating that into commercial traction
A track record of working in or with venture-backed, high-growth, or deeptech companies will be positively valued
Exposure to mask development, wafer handling, or pilot fab onboarding is a plus
Strong international partnership-building experience (Europe, Asia, and/or North America)

Can create excitement around cutting-edge tech, even in early stages
Have navigated 300mm fab or foundry ecosystems, and know how to land anchor partners
Thrive in a fast developing environment and are capable of moving with clarity, urgency, and strategic intent
Are as comfortable defining commercial strategy as you are executing it at the table with customers
Traits We Value Deeply
You translate technical ambition into commercial traction
You understand both the science and the business
You can balance partner influence with internal product clarity
You move fast without compromising on quality
You integrate across teams and take ownership.
