Om rollen
Som Sales Development Representative blir du en nøkkelressurs i vårt salgsteam. Du vil ha ansvar for å identifisere nye forretningsmuligheter, kvalifisere leads og legge grunnlaget for en solid salgsprosess. Rollen er en viktig inngangsport til en karriere innen B2B-salg, og du vil jobbe tett med Account Executives og Head of Sales for å skape vekst og resultater.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Identifisere og kontakte kunder gjennom telefon, e-post og andre kanaler.

• Kvalifisere leads basert på definerte kriterier behov, beslutningstakere, budsjett og tidslinje).

• Booke møter for Account Executives.

• Følge opp leads fra markedsaktiviteter.

• Bygge og vedlikeholde en strukturert oversikt i CRM-systemet.

• Samarbeide tett med salgsteamet for å sikre en effektiv salgsprosess.

• Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring av prosesser, metoder og verktøy.

Kvalifikasjoner

• Gode kommunikasjonsevner både skriftlig og muntlig på norsk og engelsk

• Komfortabel med telefon og digitale kanaler som verktøy i hverdagen

• Strukturert, resultatorientert og nysgjerrig

• Relevant erfaring fra B2B-salg, kundeservice eller lignende rolle er en fordel, men ikke et krav
