The Role: The Conscience of the Product
As a Domain Specialist for Risk & Safety, you are the expert on high-hazard operations and the advocate for the front-line worker. Your mission is to ensure every feature we design and ship is rigorously vetted against the unforgiving realities of industrial safety, making our product a trusted tool for preventing incidents.

What You'll Do In Detail

• Business Analysis: Translate the complex needs of industrial safety management from both specific clients and the industry at large into clear product requirements.
• Digitize Critical Procedures: Break down complex, safety-critical procedures like Permit-to-Work and Management of Change into their fundamental steps.
• Provide Expert Judgment: Advise the product team on risk matrices, the potential severity of process deviations, and the real-world effectiveness of different safety barriers.
• Conduct "Reality Audits": Review product designs and workflows against your knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Champion Human Factors: Be the team's expert on human factors in safety, explaining how fatigue, stress, and user interface design can impact a real-world operation.

Who You Are
You have
5-10+ years of hands-on experience
as a
Process Safety Engineer, HSE Manager, or Operations Supervisor
in a high-hazard industry. You have expert knowledge of Process Safety Management,
Industrial Risk Management
, and are an authority on the
best industry practices, tools, and processes
to keep operations safe.
