Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical and financial management of vessels
  • Plan and follow up on maintenance schedules, budgets, yard stays, and dockings
  • Ensure compliance with class and flag state requirements
  • Coordinate daily operations between vessels, management, and clients
  • Lead and manage performance of the top 4 officers onboard

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in marine technology/engineering (MSc/BSc ) and relevant vessel management experience
  • OR higher maritime education with experience as an engineer, navigational officer, Vessel Manager, or Superintendent
  • Proven experience managing offshore vessels
  • Strong command of English (written and oral)
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with maintenance systems
