We are looking for a Senior Document Controller to strengthen our Technical Information department in Stavanger. As a Senior Document Controller you will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality document management across complex projects.

About the position

In this position, you will work closely with engineers, suppliers, and project teams to maintain efficient information flow and secure full compliance with project procedures and requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both structure and collaboration in a technical setting

Responsibilities and tasks include

  • Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures
  • Responsible for document management in individual project or contract
  • Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines
  • Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool
  • Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation
  • Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation

Qualifications

  • Long experience, 10 to 12 years, within offshore /onshore related projects
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, prosedure and requirements
  • Knowledge of modifications on offshore / onshore installations when in operation

  • Good communication skills, written and oral
  • Is systematic and accurate
  • Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements

  • Collaborative work attitude and Independent work on multidiscipline projects
