The OpportunityAs a Project Lead Engineer, you will take a key role in driving technical excellence and leading engineering efforts for multiple projects. This position offers the chance to work closely with customers in Norway, ensuring successful delivery of innovative and sustainable energy solutions.If you are passionate about technical leadership, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to impactful projects in the renewable energy space, we would love to hear from youHow You'll Make an ImpactLead technical work to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and financial targets according to contract and safety requirements.Focus on power and control system deliveries for grid companies, industrial clients, and the transport sector.Coordinate and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team internally and externally.Act as a key link between sales and project execution, maintaining strong customer engagement throughout.Collaborate closely with the project manager to align objectives and deliverables.Work with high-voltage installations (>36kV), transformers, protection & control systems, and auxiliary power supplies.Drive continuous improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing technical solutions.Your BackgroundDegree or relevant experience in electrical engineering or power distribution.Experience in leading technical teams is an advantage.Solid understanding of interfaces between HV devices, protection and control systems, and various engineering disciplines (electromechanical, electrical, system engineering, commissioning).Ability to work in alignment with company values, quality standards, HSE initiatives, and financial goals.Strong collaboration and communication skills with colleagues, customers, and partners.Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English (oral and written).Additional InformationLocation: NorwayIndustry: Renewable EnergyContract type: B2BStart date: Jan 2026Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extensionInterested?Apply now and be part of shaping the future of renewable energy
