Oslo, Oslo County, Norway Noteless Full time

Overview
Noteless is a fast-growing MedTech company on a mission to reduce the documentation burden for clinicians. Our AI assistant transcribes medical consultations and generates high-quality, structured clinical notes — allowing clinicians to focus more on patients and less on paperwork.

We are now looking for Medical Operations Specialists to support our expansion in France and Germany. This is a paid, part-time, remote position, well suited for medical students who are interested in the intersection of clinical practice, AI, and product development.

In this role, you will work closely with clinicians and internal AI specialists to improve how our AI generates clinical documentation, ensuring it aligns with real-world clinical workflows and local language and documentation standards.

The Role

This position sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge, AI, and product operations. While no formal technical background is required, you will work hands-on with AI models by crafting, testing, and refining prompts to improve the quality, structure, and clinical relevance of generated notes.

Curiosity about AI, strong clinical reasoning, and comfort working with digital tools are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical AI Template Development

  • Develop and refine AI templates for clinical documentation across medical specialties.
  • Work hands-on with AI models by creating, testing, and iterating prompts.
  • Optimize note quality, structure, accuracy, and clinical relevance.
  • Continuously improve templates based on clinician feedback and real-world usage

Clinician Collaboration & Feedback

  • Collaborate closely with clinicians and internal AI specialists to understand documentation needs and workflows.
  • Collect, structure, and translate clinician feedback into concrete improvements.
  • Act as a clinical voice in discussions around usability, quality, and patient safety.

Education & Enablement

  • Plan and participate in webinars, demos, and presentations for clinicians (online).
  • Support onboarding and training of clinicians in how to use Noteless effectively.
  • Create short guides, slides, FAQs, and other support materials for clinical users.

About Noteless
Noteless is an international MedTech company with teams across Europe. We work closely with clinicians to build AI solutions that are safe, practical, and clinically meaningful.

You will join a close-knit, cross-functional team consisting of clinicians, AI specialists, and product professionals. We value trust, flexibility, professionalism, and a short path from idea to execution. The working environment is collaborative, informal, and impact-driven.

This Is You

  • You are a medical student, preferably with some clinical experience.
  • You have a strong interest in AI, technology, and digital healthcare solutions.
  • You are comfortable working hands-on with digital tools and learning how to instruct AI systems through prompts and iteration.
  • You can understand clinicians' needs and translate them into structured, practical solutions.
  • You work in a structured way and follow through on tasks and agreements.
  • You enjoy communicating, presenting, and explaining complex topics clearly.
  • You are fluent in one of the following languages: French + English, or German + English

Employment Details

  • Position type: Paid, flexible student job
  • Working hours: Approximately 8–16 hours per week
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Markets: France and Germany
