Location: Stavanger, Bergen, Trøndelag – Stjørdal, Harstad

Work Location: Onshore (Bergen, Stavanger, Stjørdal or Harstad) with occasional offshore trips.
Work Language: English and Norwegian.

About the Role

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Marine Technology discipline, contributing to modification projects and offshore structural integrity.

Typical Work Tasks

Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Follow up structural integrity of one or several offshore installations.

Deliver integrity status and propose corrective or mitigating measures in relevantsystems.

Establish and continuously improve maintenance programs for marine structures based on findings and risk assessments.

Execute necessary structural analyses to document technical integrity and ensure safe operation of marine structures.

Participate as Structural Engineer in modification projects.

Perform risk assessments of marine structures.

Follow up offshore installations and travel offshore as required.

Qualifications

MSc in Marine Technology, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant work experience.

Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and national/international standards for marine structures.

Experience working in multidiscipline teams and managing interfaces.

Proficiency in tools and methods for analytical work with marine structures.
