  • GPU Hardware: Nvidia & AMD (failure modes, diagnostics, optimization).
  • Large Data Center Operations: Proven experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Software & Tools:
  • Dell OpenManage
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux & Ubuntu OS
  • Nvidia Bright Cluster Manager

Strong Operational expertise

  • Someone well versed in troubleshooting and diagnosing systems that aren't behaving optimally.
  • Especially important is understanding the failure modes of GPU based systems, and how to detect them

Functions of the Resident:

  • Customer-Directed Activities:
    The resident works under the client's direction, focusing on the operational needs and evolving business requirements unique to their AI environment.
  • Technical Integration and Optimization:
    They bring deep GenAI expertise, leading efforts to integrate new AI platforms into existing ecosystems, optimize configurations, and streamline processes for peak performance.
  • Best Practices and Enablement:
    Through knowledge sharing and hands-on engagement, the resident helps internal IT teams adopt best practices, maximizing the value and efficient utilization of AI investments from day one.
  • Trusted Technical Advisor:
    As the "go-to" technical resource onsite, the resident provides ongoing advice, troubleshooting, and validation—helping to avoid pitfalls, reduce downtime, and maximize uptime for production environments
