You'll primarily support our factory in Molde, playing a key role in everything from onboarding to employee relations. At the same time, you'll be part of a global HR community, collaborating with colleagues across countries to develop great people practices.
What You'll Be Doing
As our HR Specialist, you'll:
- Take ownership of day-to-day HR operations at the Molde site.
- Manage employment contracts, personnel changes, and documentation with precision and care.
- Support and coach managers on HR routines, policies, and best practices.
- Lead local recruitment and ensure great onboarding experiences for new employees.
- Keep HR processes compliant, organized, and efficient.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Collaborate with our international HR colleagues on shared projects and improvements.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who combines a people-first mindset with a love for structure and follow-through. You take pride in good HR administration, value teamwork, and enjoy making things happen.

- Attitude: A positive, solution-oriented approach to people and challenges.
- Adaptitude: The ability to thrive and stay flexible in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Aptitude: HR expertise and understanding to drive impactful results.
Your Background
- 3–5 years of experience from an HR role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Solid understanding of HR administration, contracts, and compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of Norwegian labor law; experience working with unions is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Great communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable using MS Office; experience with HR systems.
Why Join Glamox
- Grow your HR career in an international and forward-thinking organization.
- Work close to the business in Molde — your contribution will make a visible difference every day.
- Join a company that's driven by quality, innovation, and strong values.
- Be part of a global HR community that values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Enjoy a friendly, open, and supportive culture where everyone's input matters.
