is a Norwegian, privately owned company supplying equipment, spare parts, and service solutions for
industrial filtration processes
. Our customers operate within the process industry in Norway and the Nordic region, and we work closely and long-term with both end users and manufacturing partners.

Due to increasing demand, we are now looking for a
Sales Representative
for a full-time position, with a primary focus on
proactive B2B sales
and long-term customer relationships.

This role is well suited for someone with a
technical interest or background
who wants to work with technical B2B sales towards industrial customers.

About the role

As a Sales Representative at Filtnor, you will work largely independently to develop sales within defined markets and selected customer segments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Active and continuous proactive sales towards new B2B customers
  • Further development and follow-up of existing customer relationships
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations and commercial discussions
  • Technical clarifications in cooperation with colleagues and manufacturers when required
  • Structured handling of customers, leads, and sales processes in CRM systems
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities over time

You will receive basic training and professional support, but the role requires that you are comfortable working independently, take initiative, and manage your own sales processes from first contact to agreement.

  • Communicates well in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

You do
not
need extensive experience in B2B sales – the right attitude matters more than a long CV.
