We are now looking for Quality & Project Manager who will be accountable for continuously improving Volue's ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue's mission. This entails documenting, implementing and improving work processes and routines across the company, facilitating a culture of trustworthiness and sustainability. The role is accountable for monitoring quality in development and delivery of Volue's value offerings against requirements and best practises, report findings and propose improvements as well as ensuring the organisation has a living, well-known and engaging Quality Management System (QMS) in place.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Head up efforts to achieve and maintain relevant certifications for Volue (ISO9001, QMS and ISMS) including bring in new companies into our certifications.
- Design, anchor and govern Volue's quality efforts, and document these in a shared quality and management system. This also entails scouting for and exploring best practices within and beyond Volue to enhance our ability to deliver value to customers. Further, it entails working closely with the CISO and other relevant forums to ensure security efforts are an embedded part of Volue's operating practices.
- In close collaboration with the General Councel, ensure processes and practice are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual commitments as well as internal policies and guidelines.
- Facilitate the implementation of shared processes and routines in accordance with the QMS through educating, training and motivating employees to strive for operational excellence through using – and continuously contributing to and improving - the QMS.
- ESG reporting to owners and public available information.
- Plan, execute and report on internal and external audits and monitoring performance.
- Execute root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions, to achieve compliance and management system adherence.
- Lead and motivate a team dedicated to enhancing operational excellence, and work closely with stakeholders across functions to unify, coordinate, prioritise and communicate quality enhancing efforts.
- Initiate, run and evaluate internal improvement projects, and assist with quality assurance of bid/tenders, projects, and processes – and monitor results as appropriate.
- Be a contact point for customer surveys.
- Enhance and drive risk-management procedures, prepare and train leaders to use these, and ensure results are reported to the Volue leadership.
- Keep Transparency Act updated for Volue.
What you need to succeed:
- Relevant education on a Master-level.
- Project management experience.
- Commercial experience and mindset.
- Experience with Quality Management as well as Information Security such as ISO, SOC2, NIS2 standards is an advantage.
- Great language skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Good communication skills with multi-cultured teams.
- Ability to simplify complexity and navigating between the big picture and concrete plans.
- Well-structured, able to manage own workload and to both plan and execute on a strategy.
- Result-driven, but acknowledging that results are achieved only by building great teams.
- People-focused with ability to build trust-based relationships with people within or outside Volue.
- Ability to both arguing own point of view, but with willingness to learn from others.
