HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted HR Country Coordinator for all HR-related topics in Norway and Denmark, ensuring smooth and consistent HR delivery across both countries as well as offering crossborder support
• Provide hands-on HR support for employees and leaders — from resolving day-to-day employee matters to managing complex employee relations cases
• Partner closely with local management to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development
• Oversee and execute core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, providing pragmatic guidance to managers and employees
• Proactively identify local needs and develop initiatives that support business priorities and people growth
• Collaborate closely with functional HRBPs in a matrix setup to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Represent HR locally, being present and approachable as a trusted partner for employees and leadership

What You Bring

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
• Solid understanding of Norwegian and Danish employment law and HR practices
• Proven ability to handle operational HR tasks and employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy
• A solution-oriented, hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly in matrix organizations with international interfaces
• Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian or Danish would be a strong plus)
• The ability to work independently, build trust quickly, and make things happen
